POWER On Heels Fund, Inc is a 501(c) (3) non- profit organization focused on the advancement of LATINAS in the workplace and to limit the impact of pay-gap inequity by providing soft skills training, specialized programs, mentorship, and scholarships designed to enhance earning potential, accelerate professional growth and cultivate future leaders. From now to 2025, our goal is to impact the lives of 10,000 Latinas nationwide.
