POWER On Heels Fund’s LATINA POWER INSTITUTE is a variety of programs focused on improving
the social and economic empowerment of Latina professionals, business owners and students.
The goal of these programs is to assist in Latinas to embrace a healthier attitude and approach
that will enhance individual growth, optimize talents and create future leaders. At POHF, we view
women’s empowerment through the lens of Latinas whose growth has been challenged by social
biases, social norms, cultural beliefs, dated mindsets and institutional processes.
