DESCRIPTION:Investing In Your Future GOALS!\nStory \nThis event is IN PERSON!\n👠👠To apply for our POH scholarship in June\, you must complete ONE OF THESE THREE sessions being offered in 2025. 👠👠 \nThe POWER ON HEELS’s POWER Purse Program™ (PPP) is designed to strengthen skills\, expand opportunities\, and accelerate career growth. It focuses on three key areas that drive both individual and organizational success. \nKey Area 1 – Emotional Intelligence \nEmotional intelligence or EQ is the ability to understand and manage your own emotions\, and those of the people around you. \nKey Area 2 – Leadership \nThis session will focus on the link between perceptions\, innovation and leadership. We explore leadership best practices and exchange ideas and new strategies for creating environments that fosters growth\, to act with confidence\, and to lead with lasting impact. \nKey Area 3 – Financial Mastery \nThe lack of financial resources can no longer impede our ability to succeed. By developing a greater understanding of finances\, by creating a comprehensive financial plan for the future\,  we can change lives.  Training provided Financial Partner. \nWho we encourage to register and complete PPP? \n\nHigh School Seniors – Attending college in the Fall\nCollege Students (Undergrad)\nMBA and Doctorial Students\nCorporate Professionals (Certifications\, Professional Training)\nBusiness Owners\n\nAttend 1  of the 4 sessions available in 2025 \n\nSaturday\, April 12th – In Person\nSaturday\, May 3rd – Virtual \nSaturday\, June 14th – Virtual \n\n🚩Since 2019\, Power On Heels Fund\, Inc has had over 600 women  have attended and completed the Power Purse Program.
