Power On Heels Fund, Inc understands that SELF-CARE  & Mental Health is essential for women navigating daily stress, as it nurtures mental, emotional, and physical well-being. By prioritizing rest, reflection, and rejuvenation, women can build resilience, maintain balance, and show up stronger for themselves and others. It’s not a luxury—it’s a necessity for sustaining health and achieving personal and professional fulfillment.

This session, we will cover:

Social and Community Support

  • Building Support Networks: Importance of friendships and mentorship
  • Joining or Creating Peer Support Groups: Sharing experiences and coping strategies
  • Mentorship Opportunities: Mentoring others as a way to enhance well-being
