About Our POH Scholarships
We want to encourage you to attend one of the POH Power Purse Program events to qualify for our 2025 POH Scholarships. These scholarships are designed to support individuals who are passionate about advancing their education, career and business goals.
Our POH Scholarships are open to those at various stages of their educational and professional journey. The impact of scholarships on personal and professional development is profound, providing financial support that can alleviate barriers and open doors to new opportunities.
To apply, you must participate in one our POH – POWER Purse Program events. You will not only gain new skills, but also position yourself for this invaluable resource that can help fund your future.
Who Can Apply for the Power On Heels Fund Inc. Scholarship?
Individuals of all ages, industries, and backgrounds such as:

You must provide proof by uploading the program completion certificate during the application process.

Our scholarship application period opens June 30, 2025
The selected scholarship award winners will receive a scholarship to attend a program/course/training approved by the Scholarship Committee.

POH POWER Purse Program
This one-day training is required for application and consideration for the Power On Heels Fund Inc. scholarships.
The POH POWER Purse Program is structured to enhance and enrich skills, expand opportunities, and advance careers.
It will cover three key areas focused on having impact on individual and organizational growth:
Key Area 1 – Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence or EQ is the ability to understand and manage your own emotions, and those of the people around you.
Key Area 2 – Leadership
This session will focus on the link between perceptions, innovation and leadership. We explore leadership best practices and exchange ideas and new strategies for creating environments that fosters growth, to act with confidence, and to lead with lasting impact.
Key Area 3 – Financial Mastery
The lack of financial resources can no longer impede our ability to succeed. By developing a greater understanding of finances, by creating a comprehensive financial plan for the future we can change lives. Training provided Financial Partner.

Since 2019, over 600 participants have attended and completed the POH POWER Purse Program.
We have awarded $78,000 in scholarships.
