Program Evaluation and Personal Growth Tracking
- Setting Personal Goals: Regular self-assessment for mental health and well-being
- Reflective Practices: Monthly or quarterly reviews of progress and adjustments
- Feedback Loop: Encouraging participant feedback to improve the program
