Power On Heels Fund, Inc understands that SELF-CARE  & Mental Health is essential for women navigating daily stress, as it nurtures mental, emotional, and physical well-being. By prioritizing rest, reflection, and rejuvenation, women can build resilience, maintain balance, and show up stronger for themselves and others. It’s not a luxury—it’s a necessity for sustaining health and achieving personal and professional fulfillment.

This session, we will cover:

Program Evaluation and Personal Growth Tracking

  • Setting Personal Goals: Regular self-assessment for mental health and well-being
  • Reflective Practices: Monthly or quarterly reviews of progress and adjustments
  • Feedback Loop: Encouraging participant feedback to improve the program
