Join us for an evening of powerful networking, food and community! Our goal is to bring greater awareness to Latina Equal Pay Day and the challenges Latinas face in today’s marketplace. More importantly, this collective collaboration will be even more powerful as we are extending an invitation to various Latina based organizations in our community to bring their unique perspective on the injustice Latinas face across industry.
Sadly, “Latinas working full-time, year-round are paid 57 cents and all earners (including part-time and seasonal) are paid 52 cents for every dollar paid to non-Hispanic white men.”
