Power On Heels Fund, Inc understands that SELF-CARE  & Mental Health is essential for women navigating daily stress, as it nurtures mental, emotional, and physical well-being. By prioritizing rest, reflection, and rejuvenation, women can build resilience, maintain balance, and show up stronger for themselves and others. It’s not a luxury—it’s a necessity for sustaining health and achieving personal and professional fulfillment.

This session, we will cover:

Introduction to Mental Health and SELF-CARE  

  • Overview of Mental Health: Understanding emotional, psychological, and social well-being
  • Importance of SELF-CARE : How it supports mental health, productivity, and overall well-being
  • Addressing Gender-Specific Challenges: Balancing professional, personal, and societal roles
