About Our POH Scholarships
We invite you to register for one of our upcoming Power Purse Program sessions. Completion of a Power Purse session is required to qualify to apply for our POH Scholarships this summer.

Who Can Apply for the Power On Heels Fund Inc. Scholarship?
**U.S.-based individuals of all genders, ages, industries, and backgrounds:

You must provide proof by uploading the program completion certificate during the application process.
** Power On Heels Fund, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, can only fund scholarships for individuals based in the U.S. to attend U.S.-based online programs, certifications, or institutions. Both criteria must be met to be eligible to attend a Power Purse Program, to apply, and be selected for our scholarship award.Those individuals that are found not to meet these criteria will be disqualified from the scholarship process.

The Three Pillars of the Power Purse Program
This one-day training is required for application and consideration for the Power On Heels Fund Inc. scholarships.
This interactive and engaging program is designed to help you THRIVE! It will cover three key areas focused on having impact on individual and organizational growth:
Key Area 1 – Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence is the foundation of self‑awareness and confidence. It allows leaders to understand their emotions, manage reactions, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions even in challenging situations.
Key Area 2 – Leadership
Personal leadership is the discipline of directing your time, energy, and decisions toward the future you want to create. It requires clarity of direction, focus, and the willingness to stay committed to your goals despite distractions.
Key Area 3 – Financial Mastery
Financial confidence is a critical component of long‑term independence and leadership. Understanding how money works—from budgeting and saving to investing and long‑term planning—empowers individuals to make strategic decisions that strengthen their future.
In the Power Purse Program, you will explore Emotional Intelligence and Personal Leadership through interactive learning and reflection. The Financial Mastery session will be delivered by one of our financial partners, who will guide participants through practical strategies for strengthening financial knowledge and confidence.
Together, these three areas create a powerful foundation for leadership, opportunity, and long‑term success.

Since 2019, over 650 participants have attended and completed the POH POWER Purse Program. Power On Heels Fund, Inc has awarded $88,000 in scholarships.
2026 Power Purse Program Sessions – In 2026, POHF will have 3 opportunities to attend one of our Power Purse Program. It is important to attend and complete one of the three sessions to be able to qualify to apply for the Power Heel Scholarships.
